my calibra history

Post by tazz666 on Mon Oct 26, 2009 1:54 am

i have had lots of vauxhall's mainly mk2 and mk3 cavaliers, but this my currant calibra has been through alot of changes since i bought her,
first incarnation
she started out as a rough 93 redtop with clothe interior and looking sorry for herself,
second incarnation.
i fitted black leather interior, my remus exhaust system, spax suspension and i fitted a digital dashboard into her
then i blew a hole in the engine

so this lead me to do the 2.5v6
the third incarnation
i convertaded the calli to a 2.5 v6 at the side of the road, with some help from vinny
i changed basically everything from dash to wiring loom just so i had a dash with no cracks and so i would have traction control all in all it took three weeks
original engine

the conversion

and what i have got now ,even the doorcards have been modified i wonder if you can tell how?

and here she is and i have some three litre cams to go in and a new coat of paint

the door cards are a mixturer of the later clothe part with the leather part swapped in to it oso instead of black vinyl with leather it is now velour with the leather
