check out the bus

first of all i have to say a big thanks to john and the guys at courtnays for working there magic on my bus. i arrived there on monday morning where my bus was taken straight in for the work to begin.

first off was the intercooler
out with the old

and in with the new



next was the old exhaust off and the standard diff out

and then in with the quaffie lsd


once this was done the new miltek could be fitted :grin:
first was courtnays down pipe

then on with the miltek sports cat

the centre silencer

and then the lovely back boxes



next on the list was to improve the stopping power so on went the courtney 16 grove discs, mintex fast road pads, braided hoses, cooling ducts and 5.1dot brake fluid


then finally on went the courtnays uprated actuator and bracket

after 2 days of work it was time to map it and test the power:grin: after 3.5 hours on the rollers and several different maps and a bit of adjustment i was very happy with the results i now have 289.42bhp and 338.71lbs of torque

once again many thanks to all those at courtnays for working there magic on my bus what an amazing drive home i had. i dont think i stopped grinning and i'm still grinning now:grin::grin::grin:
