meriva headlight bulb change

hi chaps, i have at long last got a Meriva, i have some sooper dooper light bulbs to put in the headlights, it seems to be a bit vague as to what light bulbs it has in it as standard.

But how in hell's name do you get the bulbs out ?, i undid the two self tapping screws on the top of the headlamp unit, but it still doesnt move ?, maybe i have to pull it a bit harder ?, i am sure there isnt any more screws to undo as it moves about quite a bit, any ideas anyone ?, please.

The handbook does say "watch out for high voltages" etc. but surely there is only 12 volts anyway, but i guess could be up to 100 watts !!!!.
